Before you arrange your ParcelForce voucher collection or local Post Office® drop off, make sure you’ve counted up all of your vouchers, completed your order form (online or paper) and placed a copy of your order form and all your vouchers into your parcel (using the free packaging we have sent you). You can now go ahead and arrange your free ParcelForce voucher collection or simply drop your vouchers at your local Post Office®.
If you did not receive the free packing we have sent you please call the Active Kids helpline on 0844 415 8440*. Remember you don’t need to book a collection if you just want to drop off your parcel at your local Post Office®. Just remember to put your vouchers into your free packaging.
